Govt. polytechnic, Faizabad is the one of the top ranking institution of the utter pradesh, Which imparts Training of diploma level in civil, mechanical Electrical Engineering and Post Graduate diploma in Biotechnology (Tissue Culture) with Intake of 60 in each branch .
It was established in 1962 by the state govt. Uttar pradesh cater the Technical center in order to acquaint our student and staff with the changing trends of technology .
This Institute has good relationship with local Industries .Time to time we extend our technical supports (i.e. soil testing ,water testing machine repairing, BOD testing etc.) to the Industries and villages .The Institution is having well experienced faculty in different disciplines . The Institution has adopted Annual Examination system under the control Board of Tech.Education U.P LUCKNOW. The decent campus measures 32 acres of land and situated on Faizabad –Lucknow road (NH-28) at a distance of 4.5 km from faizabad railway station & 4.0 km from bus stand .
Management :-
This Institute is under direct control of department of technical education .Government of Uttar Pradesh. Budget is provided by the government to meet out all expenditure and is drawn from the state treasury as per state treasury as per state financial rules.
Diploma Award:-
The course are approved both the state board of technical education U.P LUCKNOW Board of Tech. Education ,New Delhi (AICTE ) .Diploma is awarded by BTE ,Lucknow.
